Washington this morning for a meeting with staffers from Senator Cardin and Mikulksi's offices. While walking to the meeting in Cardin's office, we ran into Senator Mikulski, and as good constituents, we introduced ourselves. It was a quick brush with greatness, but I was taken with two things. First, she is incredibly small, which I never would have guessed from seeing her on tv.
